11-12वीं के छात्रों की मुसीबत को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने दीं बड़ी राहत प्रमाण-पत्रों के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के लिए अब दफ्तरों का चक्कर नहीं लगाना पड़ेगा

पुष्कर सिंह धामी सरकार ने 11-12वीं के छात्रों को बड़ी राहत दी है. छात्रों को आवश्यक प्रमाण-पत्र हासिल करने के लिए अब दफ्तरों का चक्कर नहीं काटना पड़ेगा. 11-12वीं के छात्रों को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए जरूरी स्थायी निवास, जाति एवं आय प्रमाण और अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेज स्कूल में ही उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा. मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की तरफ से सभी जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश जारी हो गया है. सचिव शैलेश बगोली ने बताया कि छात्रों की परेशानियों को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने फैसला लिया. मुख्यमंत्री की तरफ से जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि जनपद स्तर पर जिलाधिकारी मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को शामिल करते हुए समिति का गठन करें.

 

11-12वीं के छात्रों को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने दी बड़ी राहत

समिति जनपद स्तर पर 11-12वीं में छात्र-छात्राओं की संख्या का आकलन करेगी. तहसील स्तर पर उपजिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को शामिल करते हुए गठित समिति से स्कूल का भ्रमण करने वाली टीमों का तिथिवार रोस्टर तैयार करवाया जायेगा. टीम में पटवारी, लेखपाल, कानूनगो और सीएससी का डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर शामिल होगा. निवास स्थान, चरित्र, आय, पर्वतीय प्रमाण-पत्र एवं अन्य दस्तावेज जारी करने के लिए टाइम फ्रेम का निर्धारण करते हुए कार्य योजना तैयार की जायेगी. जनपद स्तर पर कार्यक्रम का साप्ताहिक अनुश्रवण एवं निगरानी की जायेगी. स्कूलों तक जानकारी पहुंचाने के लिए रोस्टर का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जायेगा. प्रमाण-पत्रों के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की सूचना प्रधानाचार्यो, छात्र-छात्राओं, अभिभावकों और स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों को उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी.

प्रमाण-पत्र के लिए आवश्यक शुल्क/दस्तावेज, ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन माध्यम से तहसीलदार/उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यालयों को भेजा जाएगा. आवश्यक शुल्क/दस्तावेज प्राप्त होने के बाद तहसीलदार/ उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यालय की तरफ से जारी प्रमाण-पत्र, छात्र-छात्राओं को एक सप्ताह के भीतर अनिवार्य रूप से संबंधित स्कूल प्रधानाचार्य को उपलब्ध करा दिया जायेगा. जिला स्तरीय समिति सभी उपजिलाधिकारी, तहसीलदार और खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारियों से समन्वय स्थापित कर मॉनिटरिंग करेगी. किसी प्रकार की समस्या होने पर समिति स्तर से आथावश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किये जायेंगे. सभी कार्रवाई ज्यादा से ज्यादा दो माह के भीतर खत्म करते हुए प्रत्येक जनपद की साप्ताहिक सूचना जिलाधिकारी शासन को भेजना सुनिश्चित करेंगे.
